A sister suggested that I try the makers diet to help in the healing process. I am thinking about it. Have you read the book? I havent even looked at it yet. I think it is mostly whole foods, no pork or shellfish
ReplyDeleteI read it when i first found out i was pregnant. I was mainly vegitarian at the time and was praying about how i should eat during my pregnancy. The Makers Diet kept coming to my mind, so i looked it up and read it. It is simply eating foods in their natural form the way God created them to be eaten. I will still eat bacon, but only in moderation. He recomends eating organic meats, which can be expencive, so i do what we can offord. All in all a good read in my opinion.
