Healthy snack: Banana chips


Ingredients
  1. Bananas
  2. Fresh lemon Juice
  3. Honey (optional)
  4. Coconut butter (optional)


Slice bananas and pour lemon juice over them. This helps the bananas not to turn brown. Let them soak in lemon juice for about 5 min. Then drain off lemon juice.


Mix 3 parts coconut butter and 1 part honey together until smooth. Pour honey mixture over bananas.
Place bananas in dehydrator until they reach desired texture 1-3 days.
